We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, employee coordination, recruitment support, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee information management.
- Support payroll and other HR administrative activities.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain recruitment and employee databases and prepare HR reports.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and general HR operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS or recruitment management systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment and applicant tracking processes.
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Experience in employee engagement and HR reporting.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
