Key Responsibilities
- Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples.
- Perform laboratory tests according to approved procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Record and verify test results accurately.
- Prepare laboratory reports and maintain documentation.
- Follow laboratory quality-control procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety standards.
- Report abnormal or critical results to the appropriate medical team.
- Follow infection-control and laboratory safety guidelines.
